Terms of Service

1. Legally Binding Agreement- By accepting/signing a contract with PNW Scrubs Pressure Washing, you agree to a legally binding agreement for the completion of work at an agreed-upon price. Breaching this contract will resultin forfeiture of all deposits paid to the company as damages.

2. Scope of Work- The scope of work includes:

● Assessment and preparation of the work area.

● Application of appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.

●Thorough cleaning and rinsing of surfaces.

● Optional or additional services as agreed upon.

3. Payments- All payments to PNW Scrubs Pressure Washing are due upon completion of the job and must be made by debit card, credit card or cash at time of service. Product Warranties All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. PNWScrubs Pressure Washing makes no additional warranties. Please notify PNW Scrubs Pressure Washing promptly of any concerns regarding our work.

4. Water and Electrical Usage- By signing this agreement, you grant PNW Scrubs Pressure Washing permission to use on-sitewater and electricity as necessary to complete the project without compensation. Additional charges may apply for using exterior sources.

5. Scheduling- Scheduling may be affected by inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. Westrive to minimize delays and will notify you promptly of any changes to the project timeline.

6. Color and Tone Variances- Wood properties and species, aging, and weathering can affect the final stain color or tone.Variations may occur across individual boards and the entire project. While we aim to represent the final finish accurately, some variance should be expected.

7. Courtesy and Safety- You are responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of all individuals, including childrenand pets, during our work on your property. Keep all individuals away from the work area duringoperation and for at least 24 hours after completion. 

8. Removal and Replacement of Items- Homeowners are responsible for removing and replacing grills, deck furniture, planters, and anyother items from the work area. PNW Scrubs Pressure Washing is not liable for any damage,breakage, or storage issues related to these items. Additional charges may apply for itemremoval.

9. Damages and Limitations- PNW Scrubs Pressure Washing is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions such as improperly installed siding, loose shingles, broken windows, or defectiveconstruction. We do not guarantee removal of stains like artillery fungus or paint splatters. Concrete surfaces may reveal imperfections after cleaning.

10. Window Spotting- Our services may result in water spotting on windows. Window cleaning is not included in ourservices and should be arranged separately if desired.

11. Landscaping and Plant Protection- While we take precautions, we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, plants, or gardens surrounding the work area due to our equipment or operations. It is recommended to trim backvegetation and protect delicate plants before our arrival. It is also recommended to run sprinklersor rinse the work area with a garden hose daily over the next 7 days.

12. Oxidation on Homes and Partitions- Over time, oxidation may affect surfaces such as metal, vinyl, and other materials. PNW Scrubs Pressure Washing does not guarantee removal of oxidation stains or discoloration as it may beyond our control. Oxidation removal services may be agreed upon for additional costs.

13. Concrete Pours and Curing- The appearance of cleaned concrete surfaces can vary based on factors such as initial pouringand curing conditions. While we strive for uniform cleaning, variations in concrete color and texture may be visible after cleaning.

14. Access to Property- You agree to provide unrestricted access to the property during scheduled work hours. Ensuregates and entrances are unlocked, and any security systems are temporarily disabled or accessibleto our crew as needed. If entry security is available, you will properly notify our arrival to ensurewe are able to gain access to property If we are unable to access property due to lack ofnotification, additional charges may incur.

15. Environmental Compliance- We adhere to local environmental regulations and will dispose of waste materials responsibly.Hazardous materials or substances not disclosed by the customer may require additional handlingfees or refusal of service.

16. Client Communication- Clear communication is essential. Please notify PNW Scrubs Pressure Washing immediately ofany changes, concerns, or special instructions related to the project.

17. Addition’s- Additional terms and conditions written in attached documents, text conversation, email, or anyother lawfully recognized agreements. End of Terms of Service.
